The weapon

is my tongue.

PEACE

G-d, is that what I am to live my life for?
Advocating for justice,
respect,
love,
and unity?
Why am I considered such an idealist,
optimist,
disregarded,
cast off as a dreamer,
advocate for unreachable goals?
but I say NO!
Peace is the direction all life leans toward
It is the most natural thing I know,
and breathe.
This is my reality,
my brain,
my blood,
my breath,
and I will breathe in and out,
for it makes me who I am.

Creating my own major...

because if I don't fit the system now, I'll make my place.
Absolutely incredible video. I really recommend watching it.
‎"All my writing is about the recognition that there is no single reality. But the beauty of it is that you nevertheless go on, walking towards utopia, which may not exist, on a bridge which might end before you reach the other side." -- Marguerite Young
Do not worry about being liked, do not mind being hated -- just yearn to be heard

A rant!

Do you remember childhood? How anger consisted of not putting enough milk in the cereal or you thought of someone with less brownie points because they liked crunchy and you liked soggy cereal? Oh wow, the good old times. I mean that's not to say all is well and dandy. Well actually, all is not well and dandy. But as a kid I think we get that a little too. Just, when we grow up we gain more awareness that there is more to life beyond the playground and Spongebob. We learn that there is suffering around the world, and sometimes in our homes. And maybe greater awareness, I would argue, develops maturity. Anyway, it's fun to relive the good old days by wearing pig socks and eating cereal.. oh wait, I do that all the time.
