First we must understand the big elephant in the room before we try to move it out of the room.

Recognize.

Understand.

Contemplate.

Have a consciouness.

Be awake.

Observe.

Absorb all that is around you.

Then gird up your lions.

Attack.

And change it.

But first notice what needs to be changed within.

Then crusade.
