The best break I have ever had because of the gained:

-articulation
-focus
-clear mindedness
-confidence
-security
-happiness
-love of self
-renewed dedication to Tyler
-fulfilling friendships

I am so happy. Not in an overwhelming, over-flowing kind of way. But in the I love myself, trust myself, and believe I can overcome any obstacle kind of way.
