I got a raise and my major got approved. UCSD now has a Global Development and Social Justice major :-)

when the heart dies

Somehow, perhaps by some grand design, when the heart dies, it comes to life at the same time.

life.death.

do they both hang on the same string?
what is this thing
pain and healing
light and darkness
it makes me want to stay inside
avoid the craziness of the world
which is really the craziness of people
we made these problems for ourselves
and nobody else
so we should take the first step and accept responsibility
then ask and live..

G-d light my lamp.

This life...

is epic. and beautiful. And what I'm looking for is the meaning of it all. That's who I am. that's the people I attract. and that is what I want to marry. When words are not enough, music speaks. and why do I love music? because artists have treasures of knowledge, love, and meaning to share with the world that can make us better. i.e. you. i.e. me. they have something to offer that we don't know. and we have something to offer. let's all share.
